Hello! My name is { .taylor. !
I am { .sixteen.
I have been roleplaying for { .around 4 years. , and here is a sample post of mine.
Sample: { Normally when Chase wakes up, the first thing that he sees is either his television or his alarm clock screeching for him to get up and go get ready before his late to his class yet gain. Once in a while though he would wake up and the first things he would get a glimpse of are the bathroom floor and a toilet. Well what do you know, today was one of those days. He slowly began to open his blue eyes, blinking at the bottom of the white toilet that sat in front of him. He didn't remember much from last night, but obviously, he went to a party and had a little bit too much fun. He didn't even recognize the bathroom he was laying on the floor of. Chase leaned up, rubbing his temples and groaning slightly under his breath. He had a pretty bad headache, proving how much he did party the night before. He stared at the toilet for a few short seconds, thinking "You know. I did have a dream last night that I drank the world's largest margarita." He scrunched up his nose, hoping that he honestly hadn't drank out of the toilet while wasted last night. He eventually just guessed that he didn't since he remembered having the dream, then zombie-like walking into the bathroom. If the dream happened before he got in there, then all he used that toilet for that morning was just to throw up in and not drink from.
After washing his face a bit, Chase walked out of the bathroom, stopping though as he saw some blonde chick he had never seen before laying mostly naked in a bed. He looked down at himself, seeing that he was standing in his boxers. "Great. You had a one night stand, too." He rolled his eyes and picking up his wrinkled jeans that were laying on the floor by the bed, quietly putting them on with his plain black t-shirt following after. It wasn't a usual thing for him to just leave a girl sleeping there without really saying anything to her about it first, but he had never seen her before in his life so he had no remorse for it. He was sure that they did have a conversation last night over many drinks, but if he couldn't remember it, then it was like it never happened.
Chase didn't really feel like going straight back to his dorm room that morning. He was still a little bit tired, but it was a school holiday so he didn't want to waste it sleeping off his hangover all day. The way he looked at the moment, he wasn't too excited about seeing any of his friends either. He wasn't all dressed up and spiffy 24/7, but he never looked like he just rolled right out of bed and left like that. He didn't even sleep in a bed that day, more like he had just rolled off the bathroom floor. Luckily his blonde hair was cut very short so he didn't have to worry about it sticking up in any way. His complexion wasn't a sickly yellow color like it had been earlier, and after shoving a good 5 pieces of Trident in his mouth he felt more awake and cleaner. He did look as if he had just thrown some clothes on that have been trampled over, however, which to him was just as worse as any of the other things.
He eventually decided on going to Seine River. It was early enough for nobody to really be down there, so he didn't have to worry about being seen like this. After maybe 5 or 6 minutes of walking around the river though, he heard somebody calling his name, Chase glancing over his shoulder to see Chloe Fontane waving over at him. Any other time that he looked like this and it was Chloe calling him, or just anyone in general, he would of probably pretended that he didn't hear them and quickly moved off before they asked why he looked all tired and lazy today. He noticed that Chloe wasn't a glamazon right now either though, so he felt more equal about it. He still thought she looked pretty of course, just saying that they both didn't really dress to impress right then.
Chase slipped his hands into his front pockets with his thumbs sticking out like he usually did, beginning to walk over towards Chloe. When he got close enough within hearing-distance, he asked her with a small laugh "Are we the only ones crazy enough to come down here this early or what?"
{ .austin nathaniel scott.
Name: austin scott.
Age: twenty.
Gender: male.
Sexual Orientation: heterosexual.
Social Standing: { college junior.
Physical Appearance:
eye color ,,
Austin's eyes is a light shade of blue. From different angles, it shows a different shade of blue, but overall in sunlight, or the dark, it is a blue. His eyes are intimidating to some people, because it has this tense stare that wares out often.
hair color ,,
Austin’s hair is a shade of shaggy darkish, brown. His hair is always up to date with the shape ups and hair cuts, and he would never let it grow too long.
height & weight ,,
Austin has always been the taller guy in his class. He stands at around 6'3 now, which might be good because of his interest in basketball. Although he's a muscular guy, he weighs around 170 pounds.
skin tone ,,
Austin’s skin tone is a fair, and light shade of cream. In the summer his skin tone may get darker depending on the time he spends out in the sun. When winter comes, it turns bake to it’s regular color.
tattoos ,,
Austin doesn't have any of these. Wait, change that. He does have a tattoo. Unfortunatly, it's around an area that you would probably only see if you were sleeping with him, and he doesn't even remember getting it because it happened during a crazy weekend in Mexico. He won't get into much detail about it.
piercings ,,
Austin really isn't the type of guy to ever have piercings. He thinks they look great and pretty hot on girls, but it just isn't for him. He once came home with a 'nipple ring', but after he watched his parents freak out over it, he just laughed and took it off, showing that it was just a fake one.
body shape/build ,,
Austin has always been the boy that can stay in shape no matter what. Since he's big on sports, once when he was 15 he got into a horrible football injury that caused him to have to get a small lower intestine removed, so now it's impossible for him to gain weight. Some people consider that lucky, but he doesn't recommend it as a diet trick. He's been able to maintain a rather nice abdominal area though, 6 pac if you will, and has muscular arms.
abnormalities ,,
Austin has a long scar on his left wrist, going slanted up his arm, to the elbow. He got it from a time he was playing out in his backyard, with a stick when he was young. A branch fell on his arm.
clothing style ,,
Austin isn't a super fancy guy when it comes to clothing. He hates having to get all dressed up [tuxedos] and tries to avoid formal events as much as he can just because of the attire. Most of the time you will see him wearing something like basketball shorts with tennis shoes and a muscle t-shirt, or a plain t-shirt with baggy jeans and etnies. Only on certain occasions will he wear something a bit more clean cut looking, but the majority of the time his style can be described as laid-back and very casual. Not like he just rolled out of bed and strolled around the city like that, but not like he put a whole lot of effort into picking out what to wear. His clothing is never tacky or mis-matched, his talented enough to know what does look good and what looks bad. Most of the brands that he wears are Hollister and Abercrombie, sometimes more expensive brands if somebody else bought it for him or it's a formal occasion.
Personality:
humor ,,
Austin’s sense of humor is warped to say the least, he’s always been that way he most likely got it from his father. Austin’s the type of person to point out that if you rearrange the letters in funeral you get REAL FUN, and he’s the type to sit there and rearrange words to find irony in them, as you can see REAL FUN made out of the letters in funeral is fucking ironic, since if you’ve ever been to a funeral you know they are not real fun. Austin’s humor is kind of dry, and sarcastic, but most of the time it’s warped no matter what form it’s in. Austin also has the typical boy humor perverted and such, he hates people who can’t loosen up a bit, like who can’t laugh at a dirty joke he doesn’t like them, he likes people who can laugh at more than just a huge in your face joke about pennies and shit, he’ll hate someone right away if they tell him a ‘chicken crossed the road’ or a ‘cent’ joke. So yeah Austin is pretty funny and he’ll keep you entertained for at least a few hours. Haha.
outgoing ,,
okay so Austin’s pretty out going, yes he can get shy and a little flustered every once in a while, but then again who can’t and besides that is part of his charm. Austin is for the most part outgoing though, truthfully he’s barely shy around just anyone new, Austin was always the type of kid to say hi to the new kids, he always seemed to be the first to notice that they had something to offer. Austin’s shy side is a small one, but it’s still just as relevant as any other side of his personality, he’s not deathly shy and he hardly ever even feels it either, but when he does, which is seldom it hits hard and fast out of no where and let me tell you if you can make him shy or even blush, especially blush you’re pretty damn special, because Austin never blushes.
mood ,,
sometimes, most of the time Austin has a very bored with life attitude and were he acts like he really doesn’t care about what’s happening or going to happen to him, the attitude where you don’t do your homework and you fall asleep in class and just don’t give a shit about anything, which is most likely most of the reason he has a criminal record, because when you don’t care what happens to you, you aren’t exactly to freaked about getting caught by some dumb bull. Basically he’s barely ever in a really good mood.
intelligence ,,
Austin is smart okay he’s not stupid, he just doesn’t do well with school he thinks all the stupid teachers only care about the kids who are the valedictorians and that they don’t have to do shit to teach, yes Austin hates teachers, one of the main reasons that he's off and on with college a lot, it’s not that Austin can’t do his school work he just doesn’t like to do it and he lacks the motivation to put in much effort in to his homework and shit, but he’s not stupid or slow he likes to read just he doesn’t like to read what people tell him to read. Austin is pretty street smart; he’s not naïve at all he’s actually pretty corrupted.
pessimistic ,,
okay Austin is probably one of the most pessimistic people you’ll ever meet, he doesn’t expect to get anything, but then again wouldn’t you be pretty damn pessimistic if your father died? Anyway he in a ‘Glass half empty’ guy, he believes that the world won’t give you anything and if it does it’ll just take it away. Austin’s pretty much always been that way since he was around fourteen, he’s never had much faith in people. He’s basically a run of the mill pessimist, but that’s not all bad because it’s not like he’s a Debbie Downer or anything.
stubborn ,,
Austin isn’t stubborn in the type of way where he wants what he wants when he wants it or anything, he just believes in things and he can’t be swayed from that if he’s put his mind to it, like he finds nothing wrong with spying on his stupid neighbors because he sees it as a way to get to know then and it’s a entertaining way to pass his time and what is wrong with that? Haha. Okay maybe he knows that it’s a little weird, but what ever he picked it up when he was confined to his house for three months, what would you do if you couldn’t leave your house for three whole months aka. All summer long, haha.
laid-back ,,
Austin is an extremely relaxed guy, and he doesn't get worked up all that easily. It's hard to unsettle Austin, because he doesn't take things too personally. However, if he does think something is on the offensive side, he'll definitely speak up. He's flexible with what the day might bring him, too. If a person wants to just hang out at home, that's fine with him. If they want to go out partying all night, he'll be right there to join you. He's the kind of guy that takes what comes to him, works through the problem, and then jumps right back in the game. He goes with the flow most of the time, unless you really mess up his routine.
trouble maker ,,
When boredom reaches the world of Austin Scott, all hell is sure to break loose. He's just got that look in his eye, like he just wants to start something. It's not necessarily fights, but it's something more along the line of breaking some rules. He doesn't do well in school, so he doesn't even bother trying anymore. Instead, he'll do things that could potentially get him in serious trouble, like bringing alcohol onto school property, standing up to the teachers, and picking fights. Outside of school he's definitely not like this, but he just can't seem to get a grasp on everything the place has to offer. He's gotten thrown out of several places because of it, and is considering trying to change his ways soon.
History:
Daniel Scott and Julie Bright met in college and were good friends well they were in a group of friends together Julie and Daniel were both in a Hippie type of group Julie straightened her long dark brown hair every day and Daniel had wavy brown hair that hit around his jaw line and their friends thought they were perfect for each other, they liked each other, but never ended up going out, so when they graduated they went their separate ways. A few years later Daniel and Julie met again at an open house, Julie was a realtor who was trying to sell the place to some one and Daniel was someone who was looking for a house, it was a match made in heaven, well Daniel and the house, it was perfect for him, however his realtor Julie and he weren’t getting along so well, she thought he was immature and self centered, and he thought she was stuffy and mean, a few hours into negotiating, Julie realized who Daniel was when he gave her his information to put in an offer on the house, a smile spread across her face, but she didn’t tell him who she was until they had settled everything for him to buy the house it was midnight and she smiled at him and said “nice seeing you again Daniel” Daniel was of course confused and this got them talking half way threw their conversation, Daniel asked Julie if they should try out that date their friends always pushed them to go on she excepted. So the next day Daniel and Julie went out on their date and Daniel was dumfounded that Julie actually enjoyed being a realtor, since he figured that she would be a animal rights activist, since when they were in collage she got all of their friends in on a free the cows from the slaughter house scheme, with as dumfounded as he was about what she’d become, Julie wasn’t the least bit shocked at what Daniel was doing for a living he was a writer and everyone knew that he would be a writer from the second he enrolled in his freshman year of college with a Writing major. It turned out that their friends were right, Daniel proposed to Julie just ten days after they started going out and they got married ten months later, all of their college friends attended. In their first year of marriage Julie got pregnant and nine months later.
Austin Nathaniel Scott was born to the happy couple on {insert birthday and year here}. Austin grew up as a pretty happy young boy and as any other young kid had his tantrums and cried till the wee hours of the night, but by the time he turned five Austin was over all that stuff and liked to spend his time playing video games, then it came time for him to go to kindergarten and he always took his naps when he was supposed to and was a very easy little boy, which surprised and worried the schools teachers and principal, they looked into his behavior and investigated if he was being harmed in anyway, he wasn’t. He was just a good boy plain and simple. Austin went to first grade with flying colors in his grades and even made a friend with a boy named Ronnie, who also liked video games, Ronnie and Austin were inseperitable and it helped that Ronnie and his parents lived just a street away from Austin and his family. Austin went to second grade and was goofing off with Ronnie in the play ground and fell off the monkey bars and landed head first into the dirt, he broke open his head and had to get stitches, which he was surprisingly calm about but that could have been because he’d lost quite a bit of blood and was in the process of passing out. Ronnie of course was quite scared that his friend was in the process of dieing. Obviously he wasn’t since he’s still here and he made a full recovery. Austin went too fifth grade and made a few more friends, but stayed best friends with Ronnie, Austin was also friends with a girl named Mini, but everyone called her Skinny Psycho, Austin never really knew why they called her Psycho, but he figured they called her skinny because she was, she was extremely thin, But Austin didn’t think that was any reason to call someone a Psycho.
Austin went to Junior high when he was thirteen just like any other normal kid and did pretty well, Mini was still Skinny Psycho and Ronnie was still the sole Asian kid in the school, Mini, Austin and Ronnie where all friends, they sat at lunch together and did their homework together, they went over to each others houses and hung out all day and night Austin and Ronnie really liked video games so every time Mini didn’t know how to play or what a video game was about Ronnie and Austin would make sure to tell her all about it and what it’s ratings were before playing so that she wouldn’t feel so left out and if it wasn’t a three player game than they would take turns like the good friends they were, Ronnie and Austin convinced Mini to get an online cable so that they could all play against each other when they were in the comfort of each of their own homes. After a while Mini stopped logging on and then the summer came, Ronnie went to Japan and Hawaii for the whole summer to visit relatives, Austin stayed home and went to a lake and fished with his dad on the weekends. They did it often enough in the school year, but the fact that It was the summer just made it better, Austin didn’t even really like fishing all that much since he wasn’t that great at it, but he went to hang out with his dad. After the summer was over Austin was moving on to the dreaded freshman year of high school, Ronnie and Austin soon found out why Mini stopped taking to them, she had done what they all vowed never to do… she conformed, she was no longer Skinny Psycho she was Mini one of the most popular girls in school, she was now part of the crowd that they all used to hate, Austin couldn’t understand how someone could just forget that those people used to caller her a Psycho, so he did what any normal burned friend would do he started calling her by Skinny Psycho and was just trying to pull her back to the good side by reminding her of what they used to put her threw. It didn’t work, apparentally she’d rather be a sell out than be un-popular again.
Austin made it to his freshman year though and was convinced that he wanted to go ahead and start learning how to drive on those fishing trips his father liked to go on with him, and he was letting Austin drive them back and forth, and one day the worst possible thing happened, Austin and his father were driving back from one of their Father Son fishing trips when his mother called and Austin was talking on the phone with her when some jack ass swerved quickly in front of their car, Austin’s Dad told him to hand him the phone he did and his father talked on the phone with his mother for a few minutes, until the same stupid car swerved again to reveal a broken down car in the middle of the road, Austin tried not to crash into the car, but it was to late, the car hit and flipped in the air landing somewhere in the road, Austin and his father were hanging upside down, but only had superficial injures and were about to unbuckle their seat belt when a huge semi truck came barreling down the road and slammed right into the passengers side of the car the side that Austin’s father was sitting in, the car flipped again and when it landed again all Austin could think about was “get out before it happens again and see if your dads okay” Austin slid out of the car with a great deal of pain, his leg was squished between to parts of the car and he kept pulling up till the skin burst open from a meddle shard, but he kept pulling he needed to know how his dad was getting along, he limped/hopped and dragged his leg behind him calling to his dad, he wasn’t answering and when Austin got to the passenger side he saw the worst thing he’d ever seen, his father was so far from alive it was torture to look at him, he just sat their inching away in shock, he cried right their and then. After Austin’s father passed, he blamed himself because he was driving, and if his father wasn’t driving it either wouldn’t have happened or he would be the one dead and that is how Austin thought it should be. Austin started to act out and get in trouble, not doing his schoolwork sleeping in classes, breaking laws. One day Austin was in Spanish class and was supposed to tell everyone what he was going to do that summer in Spanish, of course he hadn’t done the home work and so he hand no idea what to say, his teacher started to be an ass to him which he could deal with but then he said “What would your father think” he doing it to piss Austin off and he knew, besides Austin’s father had only died in January and that nerve was still throbbing hard by the time summer vacation came around, so Austin punched the living shit out of him, he only punched him once, but did it with full force and he continued to try and get away from the other students including his best friend Ronnie, so that he could punch him some more.
This landed Austin in court again for the second time that year, Austin was a minor so he couldn’t go to jail, but with his priors he was going to spend three years in jail anyway, but the judge took pity on him saying that “losing a father is tough on anyone” so instead he placed him under three months of house arrest, they put a devise around his ankle and told him there was no way to get it off until they remove it so don’t try anything or the little light would turn red and the cops would come, they also told him that if he stepped ten feet beyond the little modem, that the light on his anklet would go red and he had ten seconds to get back to green mode a.k.a. safe mode, during his house arrest, he pretty much spent most of his days playing video games and watching TV until his mother literally cut off his cable, by literally I mean she took the cord and cut it with scissors, so then Austin had to fine something else to stomp out his boredom, so naturally he built a Twinkie tower and picked up the hobby of spying on his neighbors, he also set up a barrier of string that he couldn’t cross or else a little light would go red and then the cops would come ten seconds later. After Austin completed his three months of house arrest his mother decided that it might be better for him to just get away from the suburban town that they lived in [that he so fondly referred to as Disturbia] and go to Seattle instead, of course he didn’t have much choice in the matter, so he went leaving everything behind, his friend and the house that he grew up in with his father. He's been living here for a while now, and very glad with the choices he has made so far. The only thing that has changed about him is that he's sort of hypocritical now, no longer hating against the popular kids because he has turned into one of them.
