shotgun opera, lock and load cock it back and then watch it go His eyes flickered around the park, a quiet amusement playing on his face as he watched the people around him randomly, some with kids, some alone, some in groups. He, himself, was alone, and while that was common it wasn’t really good for him. His head tipped lightly as he pulled the plain black zip up hoodie closer to his slim frame, his hands slipping back into the pockets of his baggy and ripped blue jeans as he continued walking in a slow pace. The park was.. somewhere he didn’t go often, except for when he had to sleep there. Mostly because kids plagued it and to say the least he wasn’t a big fan of most kids.. Although sometimes he could tolerate them for a while. He chewed lightly on his bottom lip, his hazel eyes once more scanning the park around him and catching the blank glances of a few people. He looked back down and shook his head a bit, muttering under his breath as his pace quickened lightly. “Last time I checked I wasn’t some kind of poster advertising something.” He muttered quietly, rolling his eyes and quickening his pace a bit more. People could be so.. he didn’t know the word, but they could be so something. That was one of the things he disliked about the human race—they’d stare like they’d never saw anything like you before if you were remotely different. Pshh. Crawl in a hole. He thought to himself, his placid mood returning.
Aiden let his eyes sweep over the concrete walkway he walked on, his chucks scuffing the stone lightly as his pace slowed back down. A nonchalant shrug rolled one of his shoulders back and he looked back up, a small frown covering his pale face as he almost ran into someone. Carefully he dodged and let a short apology slip from his lips before he continued to walk, hearing the curse from behind him and just blushing a bit. People amused him greatly with their antics with each other, especially when spats occurred between two and it ended with a brawl. It just amused him when it could just be settled by going away and cooling off. Or just not resorting to punches, although it was amusing either way. Was he sadistic or was that normal? He didn’t really know. A quiet sigh escaped his lips and he reached into his hoodie pocket, giving a soft shiver as wind brushed past his frail form. Sure, he loved cold weather.. but sometimes he liked being warm, too.
Frowning a bit, Aiden turned and began walking in the grass, which, crazily, ended just a few strides away from the sidewalk and turned into a concrete curb which led to mulch. His hazel gaze lifted from the small chips of wood coating the ground, a row of slides entering his line of vision as soon as he almost tripped over one. “Ah, fuck I’m a klutz—!” He cursed quietly, hobbling backward at the last second and glaring at the inanimate object. Oh, he felt low. Glaring at a slide. A slide. Oh, what was wrong with him? Taking a breath he shook his head, carefully rerouting and crossing past the gauntlet of kids going down the slides, just barely escaping with his life. Okay, so maybe that was a bit drastic, but hey, if a kid wanted war, they’d have a war. Not far from the row of slides was a set or two of swings, and Aiden’s head tipped curiously, his messy bicoloured hair falling back into his eyes as he did so, starting toward them. He felt almost childish as he bent his long legs and sat on one of the bendable leather bands that were held up by chains, the smirk growing across his lips as he just sat there, his hands in the pockets of his unzipped hoodie, watching the people wandering around. The swings were practically deserted and he was slightly glad, since an incident when he was younger would have made him not even think about getting on the cursed things ever again.
Shifting almost uncomfortably, one hand gripped the cool metal chain beside him as he let his feet cross, one over the other, and hugged his thin (but warm) grey Breaking Benjamin hoodie closer to his thin frame. At this point in time Aiden felt completely anti-social—but hey, who could blame him? He couldn’t always be the person who’d randomly scream out lyrics and make people stare at him like he was either the lowest life form on the planet or some sort of strange, loud-mouthed freak. Which was often time fun either way. Quoting a thought from earlier; ‘go crawl in a hole.’ He smirked to himself once more, biting his lower lip lightly after a moment and letting his gaze wander a bit, like usual. My, wasn’t he just so quiet today? Something must be wrong. Or somebody must’ve died. Absently, his head tipped to the side again, and he stared at the swing’s chain that he was holding before pulling his slender fingers away and raising an eyebrow, rubbing his forehead lightly. He licked his lips lightly, a short burst of wind making him blink and do something close to recoil. Okay, so cold weather might’ve been on his ‘likes’ list, but that didn’t mean wind was. He was sure it was homicidal. I mean, the way it just hit you and then went away all innocent and nuts. Blinking, he shook his head lightly, letting out a sigh as he sat on the swing, feeling like an idiot. It was really odd for him to be on a swing, but hey, he was odd.. so what?

what a shame, we became such fragile broken things. A memory remains just a tiny spark. I give it all my oxygen.
A soft groan was given as Seth spied his reflection in the coffee shop window, his hands raised to push away the hair from his face, the swelled and purpling skin surrounding his right eye painfully reminding him of everything that he’d run away from. A soft sigh expelled, the fog accumulating on the window, the irresistible urge to scribble his name onto the window was too great and so he allowed one finger to scroll his name onto the transparent barrier, a soft giggle given as one of the employees inside pointed towards him and headed for the door. Smiling, Seth giggled before beginning back down the sidewalk, not exactly sure of where he actually wanted to go. All he knew is he wanted to be anywhere but home, the thought of spending one more day in that empty apartment made him wan to attempt suicide. Literally.
Hands were shoved into the pockets of the small black A Static Lullaby jacket, a cold burst of wind pushing persistently at his backside as he plodded down the packed dirt pathway that wound it’s way eccentrically through the park, the boy pulling a rather beat up iPod from his jacket pocket and inserting the ear buds into his ears and turning the device on. Suddenly his ears were filled with a rather old song that hadn’t been heard for quite some time, although it produced a small frown from the boy. He glanced down at the screen briefly, the backlight screen displaying the words Ocean Avenue - Yellowcard proudly, sighing softly Seth shoved the mp3 player back into his pocket allowing the music to hum softly into his ears. “If I could find you now things would get better, we could leave this town and run forever, I know somewhere somehow we’ll be together…” The line mumbled softly as the singer poured his heart into the song, a downcast attitude washing over the male, although he shook it off and hastily pulled the iPod from his pocket and skipped to the next song, the perky and upbeat voice of Hayley Williams suddenly brought a soft smirk to his lips as he shook his head roughly. A slightly agitated sigh slipped from Seth as chestnut locks splayed unorthodoxly over the boy’s hazel eyes. As he neared the playground Seth glanced towards the swings, a pang of childlike misery shooting through him as he realized that most of the swings had been recently taken up and only two remained. Straying from the path he began towards the swings, giving a slight whine as another boy took one of the only remaining seats, a feigned huff given as he realized that the only other seat was placed aside the boy and a girl who looked like she was around twelve or thirteen and who had begun to eye the newly found male lustfully, eyes rolled exaggeratedly. Kids these days.
Stepping over the barrier which blocked the mulch filled box from the nearby grass, Seth glanced warily towards the hordes of children which screamed noisily on the other nearby playground equipment. Sighing gently he cut the girl off who had gotten out of her swing and advanced towards the one by the older boy, palms curling about the freezing metals links, gaze moving up as he glared at her with a look of annoyance. “Better luck next time, darling.” His voice heavily dripping with sarcasm and cynicism, a soft snarl given as the girl flipped him off and stormed away, most likely to go whine to her mother about how there was some weird guy on the swings who looked old enough to have grown out of the whole playing at the park stage. Gaze had been locked onto worn chuck’s for some time, the swings slowly being emptied as mothers rounded up their children when the slight flurries of snow picked up, gaze rising before he glanced towards the other boy who looked to be around Seth’s own age, a soft frown was given , his fingers tightening about the chains. He looked so much like Aiden… He shook his head roughly, silently scolding himself. Aiden was gone, plain and simple. Seth had fucked up by running away from the only thing he’d loved. A low sigh was heaved as he glanced at the ground, beginning to chew at his lower lip, enamel clicking against the cold silver hoop which pierced his lower lip. Pulling out a sharpie he began doodling on the amazingly untainted denim of his jeans, glancing up briefly as he studied the boy, a foot tapping the ground rhythmically, one earphone removed as he allowed his hands to fall to his lap. “So what brings you to the park on a day like this?” He asked quietly, his head tipped slightly so that his hair fell away from his eyes, god, why did he remind Seth so much of him.

and you find out it's not enough, and you give and you give til you've given up. and i don't know what to do. this page is not enough.
Aiden had barely even noticed the girl who seemed to be eying him- honestly, he didn't care; why should he? It wasn't as if he were going to turn in the opposite direction and start liking girls. That was very highly unlikely, but, as he flicked the bicoloured strands out of his eyes, he looked at her, a weirded out look on his face. The muscles in his legs tensed as he was about to stand, though his motions stopped as a voice, heavily lined with sarcasm, broke the somewhat awkward silence. He blinked, glancing toward the other boy thankfully before blushing and looking down. Aiden hadn't been able to look anyone in the face for awhile now- and strangers were no different. Brendin was probably the only one who he'd even made eye contact with for a long while, though he was back in Maine, where Aiden dearly longed to be. It wasn't that he didn't like Seattle, it was just that he wasn't used to this particular state- he couldn't help it, but he liked Maine better, and there was no denying that.
Cautiously, Aiden looked up, spying the other male drawing on his jeans with a sharpie- and a small smile crossed his pierced lips, though it soon disappeared as the boy looked up, as well. He tugged lightly at a small rip at the knee of his worn, slightly tight girls jeans- he'd gained weight, surprisingly enough- that sported a faded out version of the tattoo that adorned his lower abdomen, biting his lip and peering up as he heard the boy speak. The voice was so familiar, so uncannily familiar, that it almost brought tears to Aiden's eyes, though he quickly shrugged it off- it couldn't be.. Could it? It was highly doubtful, and, as he swallowed hard and tried to remember what the other male had said, he furrowed his eyebrows and glanced at the ground. "I'm.. I'm not really sure.. h-habit.. I guess.." Aiden blushed lightly again at his stuttering, turning his face away for a moment before chancing another look at the boy on the swing beside him.
Aiden scratched lightly at his cheek, the chipping black varnish on his nails almost making his pale skin look more washed out for a moment as he did so; sometimes he hated being so pale. The stares; honestly, he wasn't dying of some terminal illness (that he knew of, anyway) and was jus naturally pale- what was so odd about that? A lot, apparently, but that wasn't the point- the point was trying to figure out why in hell's bells this guy, this boy, on the swing beside him seemed so familiar. It couldn't have been Seth.. From what little Aiden had saw of his face before looking down, a purple-ish, swelling bruise encased one eye, and that was just so.. unlike everything he remembered about the other boy. They did have strikingly similar features, Aiden detected, as he absently took in a few more details of the boy's face, biting his lip before heaving a sigh and leaning over slighly. "I.. Well, this may seem crazy but.." Aiden wasn't sure if he wanted to continue, but he knew how much it irked him when someone did that, and just cut themselves off. "B-but uhm.. Is your name Seth?"
There. He'd said it. And he felt like a complete idiot by doing so. The muscles in his legs tensed again, and he was ready to hurry and stand in case this boy thought he was completely insane- which wasn't very odd, many people thought that lately. He glanced over absently, not completely sure of the reaction he'd receive- a weirded out look? a 'stfu douchebag go find a hole to sleep in!' attitude?- and quickly tried to come up with some sort of excuse, fumbling over his words once more. He'd being doing that a lot lately- probably for the fact that he hadn't spoken very much, except for when it was desperately needed. "I m-mean, I think I might be going insane, but you just look so familiar.." And there he went again, digging himself deeper into the miniature grave he'd dug for himself today. Biting down on his lip hard, a small shock of pain went through the nearly numb pierced flesh, waking him up and letting himself see how crazy he truly sounded. All he wanted to do now was crawl back into his small, cluttered apartment and hear his douchebag of a roommate- Michael- yell random obscene phrases at him for having done something wrong.

i'm right here in front of you. and i can't stop shaking come on and hold me still.
The small battered sharpie was twirled silently between his fingertips, his chucks planted solidly on the ground to keep the swing from swaying with the wind that continually swept through the park and caused him to submit to relentless teeth chattering shivers. After a few minutes of absently twirling the sharpie, Seth uncapped the pen and began to draw absently thought through designs on his jeans, occasionally scribbling the first and eleventh letters of the alphabet onto the denim, although each time he finished one of the As or Js he would hastily cover them with grungy hearts and stars. He glanced up quietly as he awaited an answer from the other boy, only to meet the male’s gaze, his own eyes cast away as he silently awaited an answer. Anything to break this horrible silence. He paused his doodling momentarily to glance up as he heard the boy speaking, his head tipped to the side as he heard his stammered answer, a soft smile covering his lips a soft nod given. “Yeah, I guess it’s kind of a habit for me too… I’ve been… Well, trying to get out o fit, I guess… Parks don’t bring the best of memories. But whatever, you probably don’t want to hear my spill my life story to you. I don’t know anyone who would… At least not anymore.” A gentle shrug was given as he shook his head and tugged at the brim of his hood, once more returning to the mindless drawing before sighing and capping the sharpie quietly.
The silence was awkward, the humming voices floated from his iPod’s earphones, once more beginning to doodle on his jeans absently. Small hearts, stars, and various lines from songs which were playing on in his mind. He cast a short glance towards the boy as he heard him begin to speak, a soft smirk lining his lips as he heard the nervous words spilling form the other boy although it soon faded as the other male finished his question. He trembled slightly as he set the sharpie down on his thigh, searching the denim over to make sure that he hadn’t written his name somewhere on his jeans. Frowning softly he tipped his head as he gazed up at the boy, a confused look given. “Yeah…Seth Matthews, why?” His eyebrows furrowing slightly as he glanced back up at the other boy, his teeth chewing softly at his lower lip, the auditory click being heard as his teeth hit the small bit of metal, planting his chucks firmly on the wood chips as he allowed himself to push backwards slightly in the swing. As the swing swayed gently he glanced back up at the boy, a strong gust of wind breaking out over the park causing Seth to shiver, his body recoiling slightly from the sting of the wind, invisible fingers pushing the black hood from his head, allowing the dying breeze to irritatingly tousle his hair. “Do I…Do I know you?” He asked softly, looking up at the other boy hopelessly as his hands once more coiled about the cold metal chains. At the moment Seth probably looked like a whipped puppy, he’d pretty much lost all hope and faith that things were actually going to get better. Sighing heavily he allowed his fingers to release the practically freezing metal links and pull his hood back onto his head, his gaze remaining on the mulch wordlessly, hoping like hell that the other boy didn’t think he was some lunatic psycho. But hey, he wouldn’t be able to blame him if he did.
A soft chuckle was given as he heard the other boy, his head shaken quietly as he shrugged lightly. “Hey, don’t worry about it kid, everyone has those insane psycho moments… I think.” A soft groan was heard as he moved his swing back and forth, although he soon grew bored of sitting on the swing and so he stood, wandering a few steps before flopping down, and dragging his index finger through the woodchips before glancing up at the boy. God, he looked so much like him, the hair, the face, his body. He shook his head softly and allowed his hands to cover his face wordlessly. He just wanted to crawl back into his apartment and die… Okay, so maybe not die, but sleep for twenty or thirty years. A soft sigh was given as he flopped back and peered up at the Seattle sky, a soft whine given as the snow began to fall heavily. “Why does Seattle weather sucks so bad?” He asked curiously as he squirmed slightly to gaze at the other boy, blinking quietly. “Soooo, how long have you lived in Seattle, anyways? If you don’t mind me asking…” Sure, it was a rather generic question, but hell, he couldn’t figure out any other way to change the subject or strike up a conversation. He hadn’t been really feeling like himself much lately, but he assumed it was natural or something, even though Wil had attempted many a time to get Seth into a doctor’s office. Psh, like that was going to happen. He’d rather pop a few pills that he had at home. Sure, they probably weren’t prescribed to change your mood, but it seemed like they did a damn good job anyways.

and you find out it's not enough, and you give and you give til you've given up. and i don't know what to do. this page is not enough.
Tugging his hands out of his hoodie pockets once more, Aiden pulled the thin material tighter, his eyes watching the other boy's hand as he continued to draw on his jeans although, after a moment, he let his gaze turn to the mulch. It was hard for Aiden to admit, but he was freezing, and he tried to hide the slight shaking of his knees as the cool air meshed through the rips in the denim. Nearly a year ago, they'd been brand new- no rips, no sharpie markings- but now, they were practically falling apart, the randomly drawn cartoon-ish skull and many other things (such as hearts, stars, and the like) faded but still just noticeable if you looked closely enough. Aiden tried not to. It was hard, since he'd gotten the cartoon vampire's skull tattooed onto his pale skin, but he ended up wearing this certain pair of jeans no matter what pair he had on before. He wasn't exactly sure as to why.. But he wasn't sure about a lot of things anymore, and so he tried not to put an explanation to his habits. Aiden looked up slightly, his hazel eyes trained on the other male's shirt as he spoke, and bit his lip, the two loops giving off a soft 'clink' as his teeth hit the metal. The stud was hardly a problem, it usually made no sound; the other two were a different story completely. "They don't help my case, either. The last park I was in.. I.. well, I dunno." Aiden blushed again, glancing toward his knees as he abruptly cut himself off. There he was, rambling on like an idiot again. Go Aiden, huh? Whatever. He glanced around the park, still slightly weirded out about that girl- but hell, it was over with now. Thank god. That'd been weird.
Biting his lip once more, Aiden gave a soft sigh, the nearly awkward silence making him feel uneasy. He knew he shouldn't have spoken- at least, not those words- but it was too late to backtrack and try to mask what he'd tried to ask. Watching as the other boy seemingly searched his jeans after setting the sharpie down, he sighed, glancing away quickly as he heard his response. He bit his lip and blinked rapidly, trying to relieve the unbearable warmth that came with trying to force back tears. It was Seth. What did he do now? He was confident in the fact that the other boy probably hated him- much like he had been after the first blackout he'd suffered in Mansonville- but he didn't know what to do; he hadn't been recognized, at least, not yet, and he wasn't sure of himself. He hadn't been for awhile now. Aiden bit his lip again, looking forward once more as he tried to speak. "I.. W- No reason.." He said after a momentary struggle with himself, a downhearted feeling washing over his thin body. Aiden kept his face relatively emotionless, forcing his hair back into his eyes before he glanced at the other boy after his question. Wow, if Aiden hadn't known what to say before, he was utterly clueless now, and that wasn't exactly helping his case right now. "I think you might.." Aiden said softly, biting his lip once more as he cast his gaze at his knees, tugging at the small rip slightly uneasily. Another habit. Damned weird kid and his even weirder habits. Pfft.
Aiden cracked a small smile. "Yeah, I think everyone does.." He said absently, shrugging as he watched the other boy stand and sit down in the mulch and clasping his hands together, settling them between his knees as he shivered again. He was beginning to wish that he would've stayed at the nearly claustrophobic apartment littered with Michael's things; sure, his 'roommate' was nearly two years younger than Aiden, himself, but goddamn, he was a scary little fucker. Aiden wasn't usually afraid of many people, but Michael was an exception; that boy could yell about something as small as something of Aiden's laying across the floor and throw it at him before doing the exact same thing- it was weird. Aiden sighed softly, his eyebrows furrowing as he thought; he didn't want to be at the apartment, but it was warmer there- and Michael was probably still at work. Well, Aiden wished so, at least. He looked at Seth as he spoke again, slightly surprised to see him laying on his back looking upward. Curiously, he tipped his head back for a second, his eyes tracing over the slightly stormy looking sky before he looked back down and shrugged. "I dunno.. Sometimes the cold sucks." He sighed, awkwardly resting his elbows on his thighs and keeping his hands between his knees. What, he was cold! "Not very long.. I used to live in Maine, before my friend Brendin told me to come here.." Well, that was somewhat a lie- Brendin hadn't told him to come here, he'd just told him to go wherever he needed. Oh well, same thing. Right? Meh. Close enough.

i feel weak. thrown in wide open spaces. we turn ourselves inside out. expose what we're afraid to see.
A small smile was given as he glanced towards the boy, an eyebrow raised as he nodded towards the boy’s legs. “Uhm, nice choice of clothing there, huh?” He had to be freezing, it felt like it was twenty below out here. Seth huddled deeper into his own thin jacket, not like it was doing much good anyways. A soft sigh slipped from his lips and turning to a fog as soon as it hit the December air, a soft face made as he waved at the gossamer like mist. He hated reminders of the cold. Tipping his head slightly as he heard the other male’s voice, he tried to keep himself from thinking about how much the boy reminded him of Aiden. It seemed that Seth’s life went all to hell after Aiden left, but really it was all his own fault. He should have had better choices, but hell, it was hard to find anyone who could have come close Aiden, and Josh was far from close. But he didn’t want to think of that. At least not now, not here. “Same here… Parks haven’t been the same for me. Not for a while.” A soft roll of his shoulders ending the topic. He didn’t want to talk about parks, especially not now. This could have almost been the perfect copy of that morning in Mansonville. Only not, but somehow it brought the memories back.
He desperately wished for something to say to break the dreadful silence, but he couldn’t find anything that might change the uncomfortable mood. He watched the ground silently, the soft flurry of snowflakes beginning to cling desperately to the mulch below, their appearance a striking contrast on the darkly hued wood chips, a soft frown presented at the male’s set of jumbled words. “Well then, congratulations to you dear, not many people can guess my name like that.” He stated quietly with a playful smile, not exactly sure how to respond to him, before lapsing back into silence as he awaited the other boy to answer. As if he wasn’t confused enough before, the boy’s reply made him all the more puzzled, his hand raised to push away the hair from his eyes, although remembering the bruise encircling one eye he changed his mind and allowed his hand to fall to his lap, settling for shaking his head roughly in an attempt to get the messy locks to fall in some other manner to allow him to see. A soft sigh was ushered into the air as he studied the other male, almost asking how the other boy knew him but deciding against it. Pushing himself back and forth slowly Seth absently let his forehead rest against the chain as he studied the faded designs that were drawn onto the opposite boy’s pants, almost recognizing the small cartoon-ish skull before scolding himself. It’s not him. Just stop it already. Sighing he attempted to find a name to put with the boy’s face although he fell short, a frustrated sigh given. “Help me out her darling, what’s your name?”
He glanced up at the other boy silently, his own small smile playing at his lips as he shook his head softly. “Well, some more than others.” He added with a small smirk as he glanced to the girl who had been watching the other boy before Seth had arrived, rolling his eyes and picking up a rather large chip of wood and pulling out his sharpie once more, beginning to write a half-minded poem on the smoother side of the wood, absently glancing up to the male. “I’d watch out, that kid looks like she’d be some kind of crazy park rapist.” A playful smile given as he placed the sharpie back into his pocket and placed the wood chip in as well before flopping back and watching the overcast skies with a mild interest. “I don’t know, I’m not really all that big on cold weather.. Or the rain. So what am I doing in Seattle?” A half-hearted shrug was given, it wasn’t like the boy was going to be able to tell him what he was doing here, the only reason Seth could figure out for why he was here was that it just felt like he was supposed to be, but why, he was clueless. He watched him for a bit until he turned his attention back to the sky, listening wordlessly to the other male. “Hmm, me either.. Yeah, I did t-” Wait, Maine? It couldn’t possibly be Aiden.. Could it? Hesitantly he stood up and stepped towards the boy, fighting back the urge to just turn and runaway. But he couldn’t spend his whole life running away from his problems, now could he? Inhaling a shaky breath he slowly reached out, cupping the other boy’s chin in his hands and tipping his face upwards. As the bi-colored strands of hair fell away from his face realization struck and Seth pulled his hands away quickly, his head shaken roughly as he stumbled backwards slightly. “I-It’s you. Af-After all of this… It’s actually you.” He stammered quietly, his hands running through his hair roughly, tears welling in his eyes silently. He’d actually found him again, finally after all of the shit he’d been through he’d actually found Aiden again. What was he supposed to do now?

and you find out it's not enough, and you give and you give til you've given up. and i don't know what to do. this page is not enough.
"Huh?" Aiden asked, a genuinely confused look on his face before he glanced downward at his jeans, feeling like an idiot. "Oh; yeah, I'd have to agree with that.." He added after a second, running a hand over his face gently and shaking his head. After a moment he chanced a move and ran the palms of his hands over the denim encasing his legs, shivering a bit more noticeably afterward and hugging himself. Well, that was a stupid move.. but he'd get over it, right? Shrugging to himself, Aiden glanced over at the other boy, studying him absently before sighing and looking at the mulch lightly mixed with snow. Despite being nearly frozen, Aiden loved the snow. He wasn't exactly sure why, but he did; it was one of those things he didn't understand. Well, one of the many things. "Yeah, I know the feeling." He said lightly, giving a soft sigh and looking around the park. It was so much bigger than the one he'd used to have to sleep in, and it was slightly awkward- he felt almost intimidated by it, but that was silly. It was just a park, right? Exactly. No little monster waiting to jump out and maul your face. Aiden paused, making a face and giving 'shifty eyes' as he began to think that he was crazy. Well, crazier. That was all he needed, to be considered crazier than he actually was. Though people tended to think that, anyway.. Oh well, to each their own, I suppose, whether it be their thoughts on peoples' craziness or something else.
Aiden picked at the already chipping varnish covering his nails as the silence ensued, his teeth tugging at his bottom lip as they just.. sat in silence, basically. When he was in someone else's presence, silences were usually very awkward- Aiden couldn't stand quiet moments, unless he was by himself. Or if Michael happened to be in the room. That was probably the only exception, but who could blame him? "Aheh.. " He mumbled, forcing a small smirk as he, once again, began to fiddle with the fraying ends of the miniature rip. He glanced at Seth again as he saw the puzzled expression and blinked, standing after a moment and tucking one of his legs under his slender form almost awkwardly. It was uncomfortable, obviously, but hell, he didn't really care. He was slightly warmer now. Not much, but a little. Aiden nearly froze as he heard Seth's question, and once again the internal battle started. He didn't know what to say. Well, his name, obviously, but.. that would've made things more awkward, and Aiden felt bad enough. He sighed, his eyes searching the mulch covered ground as he fought to think of an answer. Well, he didn't want to seem stupid. "I'm beginning to think I don't deserve one." Aiden said after a moment, giving a mournful smile as he glanced at Seth before looking back at the ground. It was a stupid answer, but an answer, nonetheless. Maybe not the one Seth wanted, but it was an answer.
"Well, yeah.. That's a given." Aiden said, scrunching up his face lightly before looking away and biting his lip. Wow, a smile for the first time in a couple of days. Weird. His eyes spotted the weird girl and he tensed, shivering a bit more and trying to ignore her as he watched Seth pick up a piece of mulch and begin to write on it with his sharpie. Suddenly, he wanted to take the sharpie and start writing on himself, like he'd done that day in Mansonville. But he refrained, standing once more to sit regularly on the swing and looking toward the girl once more as the younger boy spoke. "Yeah, no kidding.." Aiden said, furrowing his brows and glancing at his knees. Ahaha, that had reminded him of the whole "crazy park sex" theory Seth had had that day. He shook his head lightly, a soft smile gracing his lips before he looked back up, blinking and coughing a bit. "Yeah.. I like colder weather, but.. that's just me. Hmm. You're probably here.. visiting?" Aiden knew that it wasn't his question to answer, but hell, why not? It kind of amused him, though only mildly, since hell, it was a question, wasn't it? Most questions needed answers. Aiden heard the other boy speak once more and looked at his knees, having given himself away with the revelation of his former whereabouts. The warmth came back to his eyes as he tried to blink back more tears, not noticing that Seth had stood until he felt his chin being held. He flinched lightly, biting his lip as his head was nearly forced upward and feeling a few of the tears in his eyes escape to slide down his cheeks, the warm trails soon cold and dried. "I'm sorry.." Aiden choked out softly, staring at the ground and blinking furiously once more.

you keep tugging on my shirt. just to pull me closer. one single step at a time.
A soft frown tugged at Seth’s lips as he glanced up at the other boy silently, a low sigh given. What was with all the riddle, hmm? Seth wasn’t exactly the brightest crayon in the bunch, but he was far from mentally challenged, but goddamn, if kept talking in these little riddles, Seth was sure his mind would explode. This brought a small chuckle from the other wise completely confused boy, licking his lips quietly. “ Eh, I used to know a boy who might have said that, but he would’ve been wrong. He deserved so much more than he got, and I’m going to assume that you actually do deserve a name, even though you insist on making my mind run little circles around itself.” His voice was quiet although he resisted the urge of throwing his sharpie at the other boy’s head in an attempt to lighten the mood. Instead he thought briefly before smiling softly. “ If you won’t tell me your name then I’m sorry to say, but I’m going to have to name you myself.” A small smile still tugging at his lips as he began to swing slowly, attempting to think of some time of name for the ‘nameless boy’ who sat only a few feet from him. “ Mr.Wigglebottoms Bonanza Crackers the Third.” He said thoughtfully before beginning to giggle softly and shook his head, taking the cap from his sharpie and scribbling the boy’s new ‘name’ onto his pant leg before tossing thelid at the other boy quietly. “ Sexy name, huh?” Maybe he shouldn’t mention that the boy was named after Seth’s goldfish… He glanced up at the male as he tensed, grinning maidenly as he glanced towards the girl. “ What, you don’t like horny thirteen year old girls?“As the boy agreed Seth began to giggle madly as the memories of his little ‘crazy park sex’ theory came to mind, a face made softly as he continued to giggle before clamping a hand over his mouth, eying the other boy quietly and hoping he hadn’t scared him with his mindlessly laughter. Eh, it was okay if he was just a little crazy, right? Surely. Glancing up at the other male he scrunched his nose quietly as he listened quietly. “ Sweetie, cold weather’s fine, but when it’s like twenty below outside, I’d say that’s just a tad too cold. But hey, who am I to say what’s right and what’s wrong?” A soft smirk was given as the other boy gave an attempt at the question with apparently no answer, his eyebrows raised wordlessly before speaking. “ Hmm, wrong.” He answered simply as he tossed a wood chip at the other boy, giving a sly grin as he wriggled into a sitting position, scooping a handful of the mulch before tipping his hand and allowing the chips to filter back to the ground. “ I just moved here, so that puts just visiting out of the question, sorry kiddo.” A soft smile given as he flopped back down into a laying position, a soft yawn given before realization hit. He hoped to god that he was doing the right thing, I mean, what is he wasn’t Aiden and it was just coincidence? What the hell, go for it. You already look like an idiot, shit talking little girls and playing with wood chips, how much stupider could you look? He shrugged softly as he approached the boy, it should have been proof enough when he flinched. It was one of the most well known traits of his beloved Aiden. The look in Aiden’s eyes was nearly enough to make Seth want to go and shoot his brains out, he felt so horrible. What right did he have to ruin Aiden’s life again? He trembled softly as he stumbled backwards, confusion evident as he merely stood there and accused Aiden. What if he hadn’t realized who it was and simply went on with his simple minded thinking? Was it Aiden’s idea just to leave him be, wondering who in the hell the boy at the park was? Maybe that would’ve been the best thing. His head was hung quietly, he felt bad for those accusing words, his teeth gnawing hesitantly at his lower lip before he stepped back to Aiden, hesitating briefly before easing into the other boys lap, his arms wrapped around Aiden’s small frame. “ Don’t.” He said quietly and shook his head, reaching up and swiping at a small tear that fought it’s way down the boy’s face before letting his palm cup Aiden’s chin once more and tip his head upwards, his lips pressing against the other boy’s own gently in a brief kiss, one that almost seemed apologetic. “ It’s not your fault. If it’s anyone’s it’s mine..” He murmured, his voice barely audible as he wrapped his arms back around the other male, wordlessly nuzzling his cheek. Pulling away a devious smile was given, “ You know, maybe I’m the one you should worry about turning into the crazy park rapist.” His voice turning playful as he grinned brightly, beginning to give the whole ‘shifty eye’ mood as he licked Aiden’s cheek playfully before feeling laughter start to bubble in his throat, his hands moving to tug at the boy’s hair absently. “ I really wish you’d quit running away from me, darling. It’s hard being a stalker, ya’ know.” He said playfully as he pressed his lips back against Aiden’s own, hesitantly tugging at Aiden’s bottom lip before smiling brightly, his nose nuzzled against Aiden’s cheek. “ Mmm, I missed you.” [ooc; pshhh. chels, your posts own my posts. don't be modest you dork. if you want to see suckage, look above.] [/blockquote]

and you find out it's not enough, and you give and you give til you've given up. and i don't know what to do. this page is not enough.
"Did you?" Aiden said slightly curiously, an eyebrow raised under the bicoloured fringe falling across his right eye as he looked at Seth. He gave a little smile at his words, fighting back a laugh as he shook his head and making a faux surprised face. "You wouldn't." He gasped, watching as he began to move the swing slightly and shaking his head at the name that he was given. Mr. Wigglebottoms Bonanza Crackers the Third? What the hell! Was his dear Seth on crack?! No, of course not. Probably just pixie sticks. Yeah. Pixie sticks. He jumped as the sharpie lid was thrown at him, giving a little yelp before trying to catch it, only watching it fall into the mulch. He furrowed his eyebrows as he bent slightly to pick it up, chucking it back at the boy and giving a soft huff. Pfft, throwing things at him. Whatever. "Just gorgeouss." Aiden said, laughing a bit and shaking his head again. Crazy boy.
Glancing over at Seth as he asked a rather odd question, Aiden made a face, scratching lightly at his cheek before shivering again. "No. Oh my gosh no. Talk about creepy.." He said, looking over as Seth placed his hand over his mouth as he continued to giggle. A little more crazy? Pfft, no! Never. He looked around the park, his eyes training on the snowflakes slowly falling from the silver-tipped clouds above. Aiden had always found that sight pretty, though he was never sure why. Just one of a million things he didn't actually understand, but went with. "Eh, that's true.. But.. Butbut. It's always prettier out when it's freezing.." He said absently, tipping his head and making a face before shrugging it off. It was prettier out, to Aiden, but meh, that was just his point of view. "...damn." Aiden said, giving a fake sigh as he looked down at the mulch, barely keeping back a girlish 'eep!' as a piece of the mulch was tossed at him. He carefully picked it off- for some reason, Aiden was terrified of splinters.. eh, he's an odd kid, what do you expect?- and flicked it away, watching as Seth let a handful course through his fingers. Pshh, Aiden was too much of a wussy around mulch to even sit in it, let alone do that! "But I was close.." He said, sticking his tongue out lightly and giving a faux huff. He couldn't help but flinch when his chin was grasped by the other male's fingers- it wasn't exactly habit; more so it was the slight, nagging fear of being hit if he didn't comply- although he tried not too, trying to avoid Seth's eyes, even though he couldn't. Aiden watched as the boy stumbled backward, and he glanced down at the mulch once more, a few more warm, salty trails slipping down his face and making him shiver when the biting air hit him. He hadn't meant to have things turn out as such- he would've much rather straight mauled the boy when he figured out who he was.. but, that would've been kind of odd, huh?- but they had, and he couldn't change it; so he just sat there on the swing, feeling quite idiotic.
Aiden looked back up at the slightly stealthy movements of the boy in front of him, blinking questioningly as Seth's weight sank into his lap and feeling as though he would break at any minute. Not literal breaking- mental, of course. He didn't want that. Those breaks sometimes led to blackouts, and that was all he needed right about now. End sarcasm. As his slender arms fixed around his waist Aiden hitched a breath, letting his own hands cautiously settle on Seth's back so that he wouldn't, well, fall. They were on a swing, of course, I mean get real. "D-don't what?" He asked softly, biting his lip as he felt a tear being brushed away and flinching ever so slightly when Seth lightly gripped his chin again, relief flooding his body as he felt the light kiss. "Yeah, it kind of is.. I'm the one who.. well, I guess the technical term is disappeared?" Aiden said quietly, feeling quite bitter with himself. Those damned blackouts. At Seth's next set of words he couldn't help but laugh a bit, shaking his head and kissing the other boy's cheek before he felt the lick placed to his. Ah damn, that was cold. Well, the wind made it that way, anyway. "Probably so! Eww you licked mee that was coldd! It's cold out here and you licked me." He pouted playfully, his mood turned in the total opposite direction. "Yeah.. About that.." Aiden said, biting his lip and making a face, downcast mood halfway returning. "I have.. blackouts.. And yeah.. That's pretty much the reason I 'ran away' I guess." He finished slowly, not sure how to have worded it to make it seem more feasible. Hell, he didn't really care at the moment. "Hehe, stalker. Pfft, whatever. I missed you tooo." Aiden giggled softly, hugging Seth a bit tighter as he felt the nuzzle to his cheek.

i looked at you and said that 'i'm forever yours.' you looked at me and said 'oh, the idea of being in love.' the idea. the idea of being forever yours.
He grinned playfully and shook his head, eying the other boy suspiciously before gasping in a faux surprised way. “Why did you look at me that way when you said creepy? Hmmm? Are you trying to tell me something?” He asked in an overdramatic tone, his hand clasped over his heart playfully before giggling and rolling his eyes. “Well, you’ve got a point, it is prettier out when it’s cold… But still, I’d rather not die of pneumonia because I was out enjoying the prettiness.” Seth protested playfully, shrugging and absently tipping his head back to watch the snowflakes fall before tweaking out as a snowflake landed on his nose, offering weak smile to the other boy before doing the whole ‘shifty eye’ thing and tossing the mulch at the other male, raising an eyebrow as he watched him pick off the mulch. Hey, who was he to judge? He’d just flipped out over a snowflake, what was this other guy probably thinking about him? Hmm, maybe he assumed Seth was on crack… Maybe he was. Ahaha, NOT. The closest thing Seth had ever had to crack was probably poor kid heroin, A.K.A. pixie sticks. Okay, so maybe they didn’t offer the glamorous high that everyone wanted, but fuck, Seth didn’t need to be anymore out of it than he already was or might do something mildly retarded… Ahah, needing crack to do something retarded, that’s a joke, right? …Right? Anyways, back to the subject. A mild chuckle was given as he nodded in agreement with the other boy, absently humming before blinking quietly and attempting to remember what the other boy had said. “Oh.. Yeah, close darling. But close only counts in horseshoes, nuclear wars, and sex with old people…” He stated with a giggle before shaking his head and glancing up at the other male, his tongue stuck out at him playfully. “Don’t ask.” Seth blinked quietly before glancing up at Aiden quietly, a hurt curiosity filled him and he chewed at his bottom lip softly, hearing the comforting clink of his lip ring. “W-W-Why didn’t you tell me who you were?” He stammered quietly before shaking his head and giving a frustrated sigh. “No. You shouldn’t have had to tell me… I should have known by myself. God, I’m always there to fuck everything up, huh?”
A playful smile tugged at the corner of Seth’s lips as he attempted to resist the urge to poke Aiden’s nose as the boy simply sat there blinking as he settled into his lap, although he settled for wrapping his arms around the small boy, his attention captured by the boy’s Breaking Benjamin jacket, glancing up at Aiden as he felt his hands settle onto his back. A soft sigh slipped from Seth’s lips as he shook his head quietly, his gaze falling to the mulch below as he shrugged wordlessly. “Don’t you dare blame yourself for all of this.” He murmured softly, chewing at his bottom lip quietly and resisting the child-like urge to start moving the swing. Hmm, probably wouldn’t be the best of situations if Seth caused them both to fall, now would it? Blinking quietly as he pulled away form the kiss he gave a frustrated sigh as he scrunched his face up into a playful face. “Well, that doesn’t matter anymore. The only thing that does matter is that you’re here, right?” He asked, offering the Aiden a hopeful smile, before beginning to giggle madly at his own next statement, a faux look of disdain given as he felt Aiden’s lips pressed against his cheek. He pouted playfully as Aiden whined about Seth’s, eh, ‘unique’ display of affection before beginning to grin brightly, continuing to giggle like a mad man. “Aha, yeahhh, about that. You know it turned you on, don’t even try and hide it, babe.” Seth teased playfully, barely refraining from licking Aiden once more, although he settled for simply placing a light kiss to the other boy’s cheek. At the end of Aiden’s next statement, Seth chewed at his lower lip thoughtfully before sighing and nuzzling his face into the crook of Aiden’s neck. “As long as I’m not the reason you ran away… I don’t want to be the reason for you to be miserable. It’s just that I… Well never mind, I’m just glad to have you back.” He said softly before pulling away slightly and placing a soft kiss against Aiden’s lips, before pulling back and giving a devious smile as he warned Aiden about his tendency to be a stalker. As Seth felt Aiden’s hug he giggled softly and nibbled at the other boy’s ear quietly before pulling away to nuzzle his cheek. Pulling back slightly he studied Aiden quietly, a soft frown given. “Hmm, Mr.Wigglebottoms Bonanza Crackers the Third just doesn’t seem to fit you, dollface, maybe naming you after my goldfish was a bad idea…” A warm smile given as he rubbed his nose against Aiden’s in an affectionate ‘Eskimo kiss’.
After a few more minutes of playful and affectionate gestures yet another freezing cold gust of air swirled about the two boys, bringing in swirling bits of damp snowflakes, Seth’s arms wrapping around Aiden’s neck quietly as he attempted to snuggle closer as he shivered. Although, I mean, they were on a swing for pete’s sake, how much closer could he get? Seriously. After the breeze had died down a bit, Seth stood and glanced around the park, noticing that most people had made the wise choice of evacuating the area when the snow had begun to fall heavier. Reaching to pull his hood back over his head once more he offered his hand to Aiden, his eyebrows raised under a shaggy mess of chestnut fringe, a soft face pulled playfully. “Come on darling dearrr, let’s get out of the cold before one of us comes down with a cold- or maybe both, yeah?” He tugged the small jacket closer to himself before tugging the zipper up to veil the black To Write Love On Her Arms t-shirt that offered little protection from the cold. He really needed to invest in a heavier coat… Shaking his head in an attempt to remove his hair from his face was futile, and so he reached upwards to push to hair away from his right eye before freezing and decidedly uncovering his left instead, really not wanting to get into the whole black-eye story, that was something he’d just rather forget.

and you find out it's not enough, and you give and you give til you've given up. and i don't know what to do. this page is not enough.
“No reason.” Aiden said, tipping his head to the side and grinning lightly at the other boy’s overly dramatic words, a light giggle leaving his lips as he rolled his eyes at himself. “Well that’s true.. Pneumonia does suck pretty bad.” He said, licking his lips and watching as the other boy flipped out as, he guessed, a snowflake landed on his nose. He began to giggle quietly, covering his mouth with his left hand and wincing slightly at the coldness of the metal rings adorning his lower lip, a face made as he rubbed his palm on his jeans. As he picked off the mulch carefully and flicked it away, he saw the look and raised eyebrow he got and stuck out his tongue, the silver barbell in his tongue glinting slightly in the dull light. “I understand the last one.. I mean seriously. But.. Hell I dunno.” He said absently, looking at the ground and scrunching up his face in mild confusion before giving up the thought process entirely. It wasn’t a really important train of thought anyway. Aiden glanced at Seth quietly as he heard his slight stuttering, biting his lip and looking at the mulch sheepishly. “Because I thought you would be mad at me.” He said simply, looking up sharply at his next set of words and shaking his head. “No.. It’s not always easy to tell who someone is if you haven’t seen their face for awhile, Seth. And no, you aren’t..” Aiden said softly, shaking his head once more and sighing. He knew that his words probably wouldn’t make the other boy understand, but he knew that he’d keep trying until he did. Aiden was sort of OCD about that.. Well, that and the fact that he didn’t want Seth thinking he fucked everything up all the time, either. That was usually Aiden’s job.
Aiden smiled lightly as the other boy stationed himself in his lap, not able to resist hugging the younger boy. Well, he didn’t want him to fall. That would kind of suck. That, and Aiden was cold. Which was a feat within itself, but hey, it happened! Seriously. He looked up at the sigh that slipped from the other boy, furrowing his brows lightly and shaking his head again lightly. “Why..? I mean, I’m the one who.. well, ran I guess, even though I didn’t mean or want too..” Aiden sighed, squirming a bit absently as the wind pushed the black strands away from his ears momentarily. That was one thing he hated about winter—the wind had to be a little bitch. He glanced up slightly as Seth spoke again, shaking his head lightly and giving a small smirk as he laughed a bit. After Seth’s cheek-licking extravaganza was over—hopefully, for Aiden’s sake, bahaha—he rubbed his cheek absently, giving a small huff and sticking his tongue out at the other boy’s statement. “Did not, you mean old man! It just made me cold. Er.” He said, making a light pout-y face and laughing lightly at the kiss placed to his cheek. At least he hadn’t been licked again! He didn’t need pneumonia right now. Bahaha. Aiden jumped a bit as he felt Seth nuzzle his face into his neck, not being able to hold back random giggles even though the conversation had turned serious. “Of course you aren’t.. I’m not miserable when I’m around you, sexyface. I don’t know why it happens, if I did, I’d try and.. get help for it or something, but I don’t.. Just that you what? Tell meee. And uhm. Uhmuhm. Your nose is freezing!” He said, the giggles continuing for a moment until he finally calmed down when the kiss was pressed onto his lips. He barely refrained from yelping as Seth began to bite lightly at his ear, poking the other boy’s side lightly and rubbing at his ear furiously after Seth had pulled away and nuzzled his cheek. Pfft, how evil was that?! At the slight frown the other boy gave, Aiden tipped his head to the side cutely, laughing a bit at his next statement and shaking his head. “I don’t think it fits ei—GOLDFISH?!” He said, his face closely resembling the popular =O smilie as he heard that he had been ‘named’ after the other boy’s goldfish. “Why goldfish?!” Aiden pouted jokingly, giggling at the ‘Eskimo’ kiss and shaking his head before letting his lips place a kiss on the other boy’s cheek once more.
Though Aiden was aware of the adorable gestures Seth gave and returned them as well, he was in a sort of reverie. He wasn’t sure why, but he felt as though he couldn’t concentrate even though he actually was—it was odd, and he didn’t really understand what was making him unable to keep focus. Oh well, he’d figure it out later, right? At another freezing burst of wind he barely kept back a girlish ‘eep!’, shivering slightly and giggling a bit as Seth nuzzled closer. Somehow. He wouldn’t have thought it was possible, I mean seriously, they were on a swing. And Seth was basically sitting on top of him. Not literally on top of him, but.. oh, you know what I mean dammit. At the sudden lack of weight—and offer of warmth—in his lap Aiden snapped out of his daze, giving a light pouty face and taking the other boy’s hand as he offered it to him. After he’d stood, he fixed his shirt—Children of Bodom, oh yeah—and his hoodie over the waistline of his jeans, stuffing his hands into the pockets of the hoodie before pulling it closer. “Having said that, we’ll probably both have one.” Aiden stated jokingly, though he was more than sure he’d end up having one. Ew. Colds sucked. He watched the other boy carefully, noticing that he had paused before pushing his hair out of his eyes and furrowing his eyebrows. He blinked momentarily, remembering the purple bruise he’d spotted earlier before he’d figured out who the boy really was and feeling his eyes widen as he took a step back absently. Aiden knew it wasn’t his business, and so he kept quiet, gnawing on his lower lip as he glanced around the park. Whoa, deserted much?

Hollywood glamorized my wrath I'm a young urban psychopath I incite murder for your entertainment
He eyed the other boy suspiciously, allowing his eyebrows to raise skeptically under his fringe, giving a slight grin as he rolled his eyes and flopped backwards into the mulch. “Liar liarr, pants on firee. You think I’m creepy, hurtful, hurtful.” Seth’s words doused in faux depression, a soft pout given before he began to giggle madly, his eyes rolled at himself wordlessly. After a moment of lying in the mulch a quiet sigh was heaved, his attention wandering from the small puff of swirling fog which slipped from his lips before he squirmed back into a sitting position and tipped his head curiously as he watched the other boy, chewing his lip quietly as Seth allowed his mind to wander to other thoughts, barely catching the other boy’s words. Damn, he really needed to stop doing that. “What? Oh, uh, yeah. It pretty much sucks like old people fucking on a park bench.” His head shaken lightly as he attempted to gain his concentration back, that was really the only thing he hated about having a case of mild ADHD, the fact that it was nearly utterly impossible to concentrate on one subject for a long period of time. After the whole snowflake freak out situation was over with he grinned sheepishly at the other boy, making a face at the other boy playfully as he heard his laughter, which Seth assumed was directed at him. A wide-eyed look was directed to the boy as Seth saw that the male was sticking his tongue out at him, his own tongue mimicking the boy’s action teasingly before rolling his eyes playfully. “Aha, I’m glad you do, because honestly, I really don’t… Kind of.” A frustrated sigh was given as Seth shook his head wildly before allowing his fingers to run through the unorthodox locks in a flustered manner, a soft sigh given as he looked up at Aiden helplessly. “How could I be mad at you, Aide? You were the only thing good to ever come into my pathetic excuse of a life, even though I really have exactly no fucking idea what you ever saw in me… I mean, lately I’ve just been one big fuck-up… Like that’s anything new.” Seth flinched softly at the quiet scolding the filled the other boy’s voice, feeling much like a schoolboy who had visited the principal’s office one too many times, and received one of those stern ‘talkings’ that made you feel like you’d much rather cut off your own arm than be on the receiving end of this conversation. Seth watched Aiden blankly for a moment, recoiling slightly in case the boy decided to go all Josh on him for a moment and beat the living fuck out of him for not knowing him the instant he saw him, a moment of realization striking the boy briefly as he realized that Aiden wouldn’t go psycho ballistic on his ass — at least he hoped he wouldn’t. The only thing Seth could manage to do was simply stand there and blink stupidly as he fought back tears, how could he have ever thought he could replaced Aiden with Josh? “I’m… I’m sorry.”
Seth reluctantly pulled his arms form around the other boy quietly, Seth’s fingers shakily tugging at the freezing metal zipper which adorned his jacket as he chewed half mindedly at his lower lip, hearing the comforting auditory click of the chilled metal ring which adorned the lip. “I just feel like I’m holding you back and ruining you life and I don’t even mean to! I don’t to fuck up your entire life just because I feel like you’re the best thing that’s happened to me, I mean, I just don’t get why you haven’t told m to fuck off and get a life yet. I don’t know, but it’s really not your fault, I mean I’m the clingy ass kid who won’t leave you the hell alone, so I guess it’s kind of all my fault that all of this has become such a big deal.” A soft shrug was given as he let his arms slip back around Aiden’s waist absently, shivering softly as the wind swept around them, his head shaken softly before bursting out into full blown laughter at Aiden’s next statement, a warm smile spreading across Seth’s face as he pressed his nose against Aiden’s own playfully. A look of faux hurt covering the boy’s face as he pouted playfully before crossing his arms over his chest and heaving a soft huff. “I am so not a mean old man!” After a brief moment Seth’s arms were rewrapped about Aiden’s waist, his lips settling against the boy’s lips softly before he allowed his fingers to tangle in the boy’s hair slowly as he nibbled at the boy’s lower lip absently before allowing his tongue to glaze over Aiden’s upper lip, pulling away slowly and smiling softly before shaking his head lightly and pressing a soft kiss to Aiden’s cheek. “I sorry babe.” As Seth nuzzled his face into Aiden’s neck he felt him jumping giggling and clinging to him quietly as he continued to giggle attempting to quiet himself as he listened to the other boy wordlessly, his attention drifting silently. “Hmm? Oh. Uhm, it was nothing, It was just a stupid thought, nothing big. Awe, I’m sorry baby.” He murmured absently and allowed his lips to press against Aiden’s briefly before pulling away. Seth cast a devious glance toward Aiden before giving a sly smile and beginning to nibble softly at the boy’s ear, his lips grazing Aiden’s ear softly as he spoke. “I missed you doll face.” A soft squeal slipped from his lips as he felt Aiden’s finger prodding his side, Seth’s squirmed softly while giggling like a mad man, affectionately flicking the boy’s nose gently. A sheepish smile was given as he heard Aiden’s next set of words, soon breaking into an all out grin as he giggled quietly. “Whaaaat? I thought it was an amazing name at the time, don’t be hatin’.” Seth protested teasingly, giggling at his own stupidity before shaking his head and beginning to giggle madly at the face that the other boy made. After calming down he allowed his nose to rub against Aiden’s absently, giggling slightly and making a soft face teasingly as he felt Aiden’s lips against his cheek.
A soft frown tugged at Seth’s lips as he studied Aiden quietly, absently nuzzling the boy’s cheek before heaving a soft sigh and tugging at a magenta strand of Aiden’s hair softly. “Hey, what’s up with you honey?” Seth asked quietly before snagging Aiden’s hand and absently tracing abstract designs onto the boy’s flesh with his finger, a soft whine given as the wind roared up again, causing Seth to attempt to cuddle closer to Aiden, which was a nearly impossible task, but hey, he was going to try if it meant warmth. He chuckled softly before huffing and standing up as the wind died down, laughing lightly as Aiden pulled a pouty face, quietly wrapping his arms around Aiden’s waist absently when they were both standing. “Dammit, maybe I should’ve kept my mouth shut.” Seth said teasingly after he’d pulled away to adjust his jacket, shivering lightly and stuffing his hands into his pockets and pulling the jacket closer, although one hand snaked out of his pocket to adjust his hair, glancing towards the other boy he offered a small smile before slipping to his side and nudging Aiden with his hip lightly. “Hey now, don’t worry about it sweetie, it’s old news… I deserved it anyways.” He shrugged lightly before glancing around the park and raising an eyebrow curiously. “Wow.. It’s kindof empty, yeah?” Seth shook his head quietly and glanced up at the sky absently, feeling small flakes of frozen water intricacies hitting his skin, one hand rising to swipe at his face briefly before glancing back towards Aiden. “Sooo, where to?”

you’re falling out of reach, defying gravity, yeah. i know you’re out there, somewhere out there.
Aiden grinned at the old saying he hadn't heard in ages, shaking his head and giggling a bit as he tried to defend himself. "Pfft, only a little." He said, raising a hand from his lap and holding his index finger and thumb about a centimetre apart, a smile covering his lips as he saw the pout on Seth's face. Aiden watched closely as the other boy just laid in the mulch, his head tipped lightly to the side in a cute, yet kind of odd manner as he just sat there, watching him curiously. He'd missed the other boy terribly, and yet he was just sitting there, the thought of mauling the boy having only crossed his mind once; but he didn't want to be thought as weird, especially since.. Well, he'd figure it out soon enough, or at least Aiden hoped. "Ew! Old people fuck on park benches?! That's just nastyyy, oh my goshh!" He said, shaking his head wildly as he tried to clear his mind of the brutal image of old people doing the dirty on a park bench. That was totally disgusting. He looked back at the other boy before looking back up at the sky, the grey hood shielding his hair dotted lightly with snowflakes that were melting rapidly. Aiden loved winter for many reasons, but he also hated it for many as well; the fact that he'd nearly frozen while sleeping on park benches during most of his lifetime only made it worse. But it was so pretty.. At the other boy's words he shook his head, blinking and nodding a bit after trying to remember what he'd said. It was his turn to feel a bit odd for having ADHD. And ADHD mixed with OCD was horrible. Aiden gave a sigh, his hands fidgeting in his lap as he tried to.. well, basically, keep himself together, biting his lower lip hard as he waited for Seth to finish speaking before beginning to talk, as well. "You're life isn't pathetic, Seth.. I saw everything in you, babe, and you're not a fuckup." He said gently, biting his lip as the familiar warmth returned to his eyes and watching as Seth flinched as he spoke again, a horrible feeling welling in the pit of his stomach because of it. He felt terrible, scolding the boy so harshly like that! If anything, he was the one that needed it, not Seth. He was the one that had ran, remember? "I didn't mean to.. to sound so harsh, I just don't want you to think like that.. Don't be sorry, honey, it's not your fault.." Aiden said, sighing and looking at the mulch as if it would bring him some kind of comfort.
It didn't.
Watching quietly as the other boy pulled the zipper up to his hoodie, Aiden tipped his skull once again, his arms still positioned almost awkwardly about the other boy's frame as he quietly listened to his words. "Holding me back from what? There's nothing else out there for me. Trust me, the only thing that ever came close to ruining my life was when my mother left, and one night when I was seventeen; if anything, you make my life better, sexyface, so please don't think differently.. You aren't fucking up my life, Seth, I would tell you if you were. If you want to know why I haven't told you that, it's because I'm really fond of you, kid, you know that.. Or at least, I hope you do. I don't want you to leave me the hell alone.. I'd be miserable.. No, it's not you're fault.. Please, please just listen to me." Aiden said softly, tears nearly rolling down his cheeks again although, somehow, he kept them back, looking at Seth's shirt as the wind blasted them. Damned bitchy wind. Grinning lightly as the other boy pressed their noses together before giving a huff and crossing his arms at his statement, he giggled absently, his previous downcast disposition nearly completely gone. "That's what you think!" He said, giggling softly and shaking his head wildly, the hood falling back and the bi-coloured strands clashing even more. "Okay, okayyy, so you're not an old man." Aiden added, smiling at the kiss pressed to his lips and tightening his arms slightly around the other boy as he felt his fingers sliding through his hair and gentle bites to his lower lip, the licking to his upper lip unfamiliar but making him kind of content either way. He listened intently to the other boy's words, noticing that he seemed a little spaced but not worried in the least- it happened, yeah? To some more than others, perhaps, but it happened. "Alright, then.." He said absently, his OCD kicking in although he tried to keep it back. Haha, he didn't want to like.. poke the other boy until he told him, he wasn't that mean! ...was he? ;] Naw. He jumped and giggled madly at the bites to his ear, furiously rubbing at his earlobe after the bites had stopped and looking at the other male with a pout etched across his pierced lips, shivering lightly as he felt the other boy's lips and warm breath barely grace his ear as he spoke. "I missed you more.." At the squeal Seth gave, Aiden laughed lightly, though he yelped quietly and widened his eyes as he felt the flick to his nose. Well, paybacks are a bitch, that was true.. But when did he turn into a dog?! Pfft, at least the other boy didn't have a newspaper! Aiden probably would've been getting beaten with it by now. "Butbutbut! GOLDFISH!" He whined teasingly, shrugging it off- it wasn't as if it was going to stick.. was it?- and sticking his tongue out at the other boy as he began to giggle, a snowflake nonchalantly landing on his tongue and causing him to nearly flip out. Okay, so Seth wasn't the only one who flipped out over snowflakes. He licked his lips, the tongue ring gently clicking against the backs of his teeth as he kissed the boy's cheek again, actually quite calmer now than he'd been for the past few weeks.
Aiden shook his head as he felt the soft tugging to the pink strands of his hair and nuzzling to his cheek, a soft 'huh?' slipping past his lips as he heard the other boy speak. "Oh.. Nothing, I was just thinking." He said softly, smiling a bit and shrugging as he looked down at his hand as absent designs were traced into it. He smiled at the whine Seth gave when the wind picked back up, and Aiden barely bit back one of his own- the wind was such a bitch to him!- and giggling softly as the boy tried to bring himself closer. Pfft, as if they could get any closer! I mean, come on, they were on a goddamned swing, how much closer could they get?! The pout remained on his lips as he stood, only disappearing when he felt the other boy's arms around his waist and laughing slightly at the other boy's words. "Awhh. No, but then again it would kind of suck if one of us got a cold, and like.. gave it to the other one, and just kept giving it back and forth. That would be so screwed up." Aiden said absently, his face scrunching up as he thought about it, although he shrugged it off and wrapped his hoodie tighter around himself as Seth moved to adjust his own. He watched closely as Seth detoured moving his hair the way he wanted it to go, the remembered image of the bruise surrounding the other boy's eye stabbing at him, although he was nearly determined not to try to bring it up if Seth didn't want to talk about it. Just because he was OCD about that kind of thing didn't mean he needed to know; some things were meant to be kept personal, no matter how close you were to a person. As he was nudged with the other boy's hip, Aiden gave a low whine, reaching out and poking the other boy lightly before tipping his head at his words quizzically. "Deserved what..?" He asked quietly, biting his lip after he'd spoken and shaking his head. He really was hopeless with that. Oh well, Seth wouldn't tell him if he didn't want him to know, and Aiden could respect that. It would be kind of.. bastardish? if he didn't, yeah? "Huh? Oh, yeah. Kind of.. weird. Even for winter." He said, scrunching up his face again and shrugging a bit as he glanced around the park absently once more. He ran his hand under the bi-coloured fringe of his hair for a moment, nonchalantly feeling his forehead although he didn't catch that he was doing it until his hand returned to his pocket- what the hell, space much?! "Hmm. I dunno. Any ideas?" He questioned lightly, smirking a bit and nudging the other boy with his elbow lightly as he waited for an answer, a shiver coursing through his body once more as the wind blew harshly past.

hey i think you're cute. would you like to be my new best friend? we can talk for hours or just lay in bed. you're just the kind of kid i could grow old with.
To be perfectly honest, Seth couldn’t quit thinking of how much this boy reminded him of Aiden, and it seemed like the longer he spoke to him, the more he felt himself sinking into the grasp of depression, if he could only have one more day with the boy… A soft giggle was given as he shook his head, making a face at the boy playfully before sticking his tongue out at him teasingly. “Awhh. Meanieface! I’m so not creepy!” A soft pout covering the boy’s lips as he considered the thought of tossing a mulch chip at the boy once more before deciding against it, as he writhed back into a sitting position he reached into his pocket, pulling out his phone. Flipping it open Seth glanced at the screen quietly, a soft smile tugging at the corner of his lips at the phone’s background; Aiden was staring adorably up from the screen, Seth could make out part of his face from where he’d been kissing Aiden when the picture had been taken. It was at the Grant Mansion. Suddenly he’d wished he’d never looked inside the phone although these feelings were shielded as a devious smile was flashed, the phone flipped closed and tossed at the boy playfully. “Shame on youu.” A series of mad laughter bubbled up as he heard the boy’s disgusted and flabbergasted voice, a solemn nod was given as Seth attempted a straight face. “Ch, yeahh! Haven’t you ever came to the park late at night and find some old couple just going at it?” He grinned up at the other boy before giggling madly and shaking his head, calming down a bit in order to finish his next statement. At Aiden’s speech-ish thing Seth nearly burst into tears, barely resisting the urge to run to the boy and make him promise that everything would be okay, and that everything would be like it used to. He really couldn’t find anything to say although he had so many things building inside of him that desperately needed to be said, but he couldn’t find the voice to produce the, and so he stood there feeling utterly horrible for causing so much grief. Shakily inhaling Seth moved towards the boy and slipping into his lap, content with wrapping himself around Aiden wordlessly, honestly he didn’t know if he could speak, although he soon found a way to speak. “I..I love you.”
Seth chewed at his lower lip quietly, glancing up at Aiden wordlessly as he listened to him speaking, his gaze quietly diverted to the mulch below, a type of relief flooding his body as he heard the words. “I just don’t want you to feel like you have to spend time with me. Most people would have already left me high and dry, and it just feels like your too good to be true. I’m not going to lie to you, when you ran away, it made me think that you finally realized that I was weighing you down and holding you back, and I tried desperately to find someone who could replace you because form that moment on my life went down hill. All I thought about was how I’d ruined your life and how much I hated myself for it. I even tried suicide, but it didn’t exactly work, so finally I found someone I thought would understand me like you did…” He admitted quietly, quietly zipping and unzipping his jacket as he glanced up at Aiden, kissing the boy’s forehead reassuringly. After pressing their noses together cutely, a playful gasp was given as he heard the other boy, a soft pout formed as he crossed his arms over his chest and heaved a soft huff in a faux hurt disposition, a soft sniffle given. “Butbutbut, you’re older than meee!” Seth giggled wildly as Aiden began shaking his head, resisting the urge to reach up and snare one of the bobbing pink strands of hair, a pleased smile crossing his lips as he wrapped his arms around his waist. “But wait, if I was old, that would make you old and it would be perfectly fine to have wild and crazy park sex on the park benches. Dammit, I wanna be old now!” He whined playfully before rolling his eyes and laughing lightly, his lips settled against Aiden’s as he allowed his fingers to tangle in the boy’s surprisingly silky locks, his eyes slipping closed as the random bits of affection were displayed casually. A soft smirk etched itself onto Seth’s lips as he heard Aiden’s reply, his head shaken softly and he glanced towards Aiden, blinking quietly and remembering how much Aiden had used to hate it when someone would just trail off and not finish their thoughts, and he assumed it still did. “It’s just that I’m afraid of losing you, I don’t know what I’d do if you weren’t there for me.” Seth’s voice was murmured gently as he nuzzled his face into Aiden’s neck, his lips pressed against the boy’s neck quietly. “Better?” He teased playfully, soon becoming distracted with nibbling at Aiden’s ear. He laughed lightly at Aiden’s own mad giggles, smiling brightly at the other boy as Aiden rubbed his ear furiously all the while pouting at Seth, although Seth simply leant forward and let his words whisper against Aiden’s ear adoringly. A quiet giggle slipped past Seth’s lips as he heard Aiden’s quiet response, his hands gently cupping the boy’s chin as he lifted Aiden’s head upwards slightly, his lips lightly grazing Aiden’s although he refrained from actually pressing a kiss to the boy’s lips, his head shaken quietly. “I don’t think anyone could have missed you more than I did.” Seth’s voice purred softly, although the quiet moment of quiet affection was soon shattered as Aiden prodded his side. Damn ticklishness. Aiden’s laughter was replaced by Seth’s own as he caught sigh of the face that Aiden made when Seth flicked his nose, light chuckles bubbling from his throat before he kissed the tip of Aiden’s nose apologetically. Seth grinned slightly as Aiden whined quietly, his head shaken lightly as he thought momentarily before reaching up to tug a lock of the boy’s hair affectionately. “At least I didn’t name you after Josh’s cat, Hand Banana Harmon Von Pop-Tart Toaster Strudel Hamburgerface… But then again, I love you way too much to name you after anything that asshole owned.” As Aiden stuck his tongue out, Seth laughed lightly as he attempted to nip the other boy’s tongue before bursting into a bout of laughter as Aiden began to tweak out over what Seth assumed was a snowflake. After calming down slightly Seth glanced up at the bloated and dull sky quietly, his attention snapping back as he felt Aiden’s lips meet his cheek, his brows furrowed thoughtfully as he attempted to figure out what he had just heard clicking. Holy shit. It just hit him that Aiden had gotten his tongue pierced, hmm, slow much? A soft smile was given as he let his attention turn to the boy, absently allowing his finger to press against the tip of Aiden’s nose playfully. “And since when do you have a tongue piercing?” Seth’s voice quiet and still a bit absent as he wrapped his arms around Aiden’s neck, allowing his head to rest against Aiden’s own quietly.
A soft smile creased the Seth’s face as he watched Aiden, quietly pressing a soft kiss to his cheek as Aiden voiced his reply, studying the boy’s face briefly before shrugging lightly. “Mmkay, as long as nothing’s bothering you…” His voice was mumbled softly, much more interested in tracing invisible designs on the back of the boy’s hand than bothering Aiden with persistent questions. Pausing momentarily Seth reached into his jacket pocket and producing the beaten up -and probably dying- sharpie, uncapping the pen he took Aiden’s hand and allowed his own hand to hold it up as he scribbled a small note onto the pale flesh of Aiden’s palm. I love Aiden Jacobs. If he was a snickers bar, I would be a fat kid.. Or something like that. The words blared out contrastingly against Aiden’s pale skin, smiling slightly Seth added a few grungy hearts and stars around his girlish script, giggling softly and shaking his head lightly as he once more capped the writing utensil and slipped it back into his pocket before standing and shaking his entire body like a dog, giggling absently and rolling his eyes at himself. A soft ‘awh’ slipped past his lips as he saw the pout etched onto Aiden’s lips, his arms wrapping around the boy’s waist, letting his forehead rest against Aiden’s shoulder as he listened to the other boy speak, his face scrunched up cutely as he pulled his head away to glance at Aiden, a teasing smile presented. “Pssh. I’m sorry to break your heart, but if one of catches a cold there will so not be any cuddling or kissing.” Seth tried to keep a serious tone although he couldn’t resist smiling and placing a small kiss against Aiden’s lips. “No, actually there will be massive amounts of cuddling and chicken soup until we’re better because I’m not going to be able to stay away from you for the two weeks it takes to get over a cold.” He stated agreeably as he pulled away to adjust his jacket, his fingers tugging at the black material quietly. Seth giggled softly as Aiden’s finger prodded at his side once more, his body squirming away slightly before returning to the boy’s side, another quiet chuckle given as he shook his lightly. “Aiden baby, you’re hopeless.” Reaching up hesitantly Seth breathed a soft sigh and allowed his fingers to push the mused chestnut fringe from over his right eye, the freezing winds hitting the purpled and tender skin and causing a searing pain to shoot through the boy’s eye. “Deserved this, dorkus. It’s really nothing… Well, compared to what it used to be at least. It’s kind of a long story, but I suppose if you want to know, then that’s your call. If you ask I’ll tell, but if you’d rather not know then I’ll keep my mouth shut. I’m sick of trying to hide it, it doesn’t ever work.” Shrugging nonchalantly, Seth nudged the mulch with the toe of his chuck, glancing up to gaze around the park as Aiden spoke. He had a point. It was kind o f weird even for the winter, usually there were hordes of kids hanging around. He drifted absently as he allowed his gaze to drift over the park’s barren playground equipment, the swings propelled back and forth by invisible legs of ghostly children. He snapped back to reality when he felt Aiden’s elbow nudging him lightly, fighting to recall what the boy had said, something about having ideas? Dammit, Seth really needed to quit drifting. “Uhmuhm, not really.” He said with a soft laugh before shaking his head briefly and thinking for a moment. “There’s Starbucks, uhm the mall, I think there’s a club around somewhere, and then there’s home. It’s really up to you.”

someday, somehow, i’m gonna make it alright, but not right now. i know you’re wondering when.
Aiden watched the other boy, mild curiosity continuing to seep through his thin frame as he seemed to be going back and forth between thinking and laughing. It was odd, no doubt, but who was Aiden to speak about what was odd and what wasn’t? Aiden was the king of oddities, after all—I mean honestly, he was scared of wood chips. Could anything get any odder? He laughed softly at Seth’s words, rolling his eyes and covering his mouth lightly as he tried to keep random giggles back. “That’s what you think!” He said teasingly, shaking his head lightly and looking up at the opaque, swelled sky, slightly wishing that he’d ‘borrowed’ Michael’s camera as he’d planned. Hey, the boy was a jackass, Aiden could have at least borrowed it for a day! Michael didn’t even use it. But oh well, Aiden liked drawing better than taking pictures, and he suddenly wished he’d brought the old sketchbook Brendin had given him. But, again, oh well, he hadn’t been thinking clearly all day, so whatever he’d forgotten, he’d have to live with. It wasn’t ass if Michael was going to tear it up. Oh fuck.. That little bastard will do anything to my shit! he thought mournfully, though he let it go—there wasn’t a thing he could do about it, especially not now. He grinned lightly as the other boy’s phone was tossed at him, tipping his head to the side lightly and scratching his cheek. “Eww, god no, that’s so disgustingg! My goshh why did you have to bring that image up?!” Aiden cried jokingly, covering his eyes with his hands and pretending to cry. After a moment though, when the conversation turned serious again, he returned his hands to his lap and picked at his nail varnish, chewing on the inside of his bottom lip as he spoke. He felt bad for having scolded the boy, especially as he saw the sadness-stricken look the boy’s face held, but Aiden felt that he wouldn’t have listened to him had he not done what he’d done—but Seth wasn’t going to listen to him anyway, Aiden knew that, Seth knew that, but he’d tried anyway. Of course all that resulted was more unnecessary pain, and Aiden sort of wished he’d kept the biting words to himself; but it was to late now, and Aiden was just glad to see the other boy again. He looked up slightly as he felt the other boy’s weight in his lap, a low sigh slipping from his lips before he heard Seth speak again and glancing at him with a mildly surprised look. “I love you, too, kid..” He said softly, hugging the boy and letting himself place a kiss on his cheek wordlessly.
“I know I don’t have to spend time with you, but I want too.. I mean seriously, Seth, you’re probably the best thing that’s happened to me in a long time. To good to be true? As if, dollface, I’m the worst influence since the mafia rolled into town. But you’ve got to understand, I didn’t want to run away, I don’t know what happens I just.. I dunno, it’s like a blackout, babe, I don’t remember anything until I ‘wake up’ and usually I’m in bum fuck Egypt when I do. If anything, I’m weighing you down, Seth, and I know it as much as you do.” Aiden sighed, listening once again as the conversation rattled on, surely driving a knife into the both of their chests. It was in Aiden’s case, at least. “But you didn’t ruin my life.. Please tell me you didn’t..” He added, his eyes welling with tears once again. Oh, how he’d fucked up. He blinked quietly, biting his lip hard and hearing the comforting clink of metal against his teeth as well as the zipping and unzipping of Seth’s jacket, his eyes closing secondarily as he felt the kiss to his forehead. He giggled softly at the gasp the other boy gave, sticking his tongue out lightly and giving a gasp as he heard Seth speak. “Shhh! You aren’t supposed to telll!” Aiden pouted playfully, giggling absently and looking at the other boy quietly as he spoke. “Ahaha! I don’t wanna be old thoughh, that would suck I don’t want to be all wrinkly and stuff with my bones popping when I stand up!” He said as he pulled a face jokingly, a smile on his lips as he felt Seth’s fingers tangling within his hair. Pfft, it was messed up anyway, what did Aiden care? Plus, he was getting kissed. ;] He hugged the other boy reassuringly at his words, thinking for a moment of what to say before speaking quietly. “I’ll be there no matter what. I’m that annoying kid you can never get rid of.” Aiden grinned lightly, giving a little ‘eep!’ at the kisses to his neck and giggling softly as he nodded lightly to Seth’s question. At the continued bites to his ear he tried poking the other boy relentlessly, laughing madly and rubbing at his ear furiously after the nibbles had stopped, though at the words mumbled against his ear the giggles started again, only because his ears were.. erm. Ticklish. Yeah. That’s a good word for it. Pfft, not. His chin easily tilted upward as Seth’s fingers dug lightly into his pale skin, a small, playful whine leaving his throat as the other boy’s lips just barely grazed his before speaking, never actually letting their lips fully touch. “Granted.. But I still missed you more.” Aiden said lightly, poking the other boy’s side and giggling softly until the other boy flicked his nose, a genuine look of surprise on his face as he rubbed his nose lightly before pulling a pouty face as Seth laughed. He smiled at the kiss to the tip of his nose, glancing upward absently as he felt a few strands of his hair being tugging and scrunching up his face cutely. “Zohmygosh. That’s the ugliest name I’ve ever heard. And I feel sorry for the cat, too.” Aiden said, his eyes widened as Seth spoke. He really did hate the name Josh. But only because a boy with that name had stolen Brendin’s then girlfriend Alissa, and Aiden had had to threaten the boy. Pfft, poor Brendin. He shook his head after the snowflake had landed on his tongue and gave a little pout at the other boy’s laughter, lightly poking his side and watching as Seth looked up at the sky. He became slightly lost in his thoughts again as his newly added tongue ring clicked once more against the back of his teeth, a soft ‘eep!’ slipping past his lips as he felt Seth’s finger against his nose and his eyes widening as he heard the other boy speak. “Since Brendin got me drunk and talked me into it because he said I was acting too depressed for his liking?” Aiden said, his eyes still widened in an O.O like manner, adding, “That’s how he gets me to do thingss. He’ll ask me, I’ll say no, he’ll give me vodka and orange juice, and then the next day I wake up with whatever he’d asked me about somewhere. In this case, I woke up unable to talk.. I think it’s because he wanted a few days of peace.” He giggled lightly, remembering the morning after he’d gotten his tongue pierced. His tongue had been swollen and he had a hangover from hell; so he beat the living fuck out of Brendin. Well, relatively. He wasn’t that mean!
Aiden giggled lightly as Seth kissed his cheek, nodding lightly and poking his side as he spoke again. “Nope, I’m finee. You’d probably be the first to know if I wasn’t.” He said, smiling lightly and giggling absently at the designs being traced on his hand, still kind of lost in his thoughts. He wasn’t sure why, but he snapped out of them as he felt his hand being turned over and a felt tip being pressed into his palm. Laughing lightly, he tried not to move his hand, although it was hard, the soft flesh ticklish and reacting to the felt tip moving across his skin. Aiden smiled at the message on his hand, poking the other boy as he put the sharpie back into his pocket and laughing as he watched him stand and shake, almost like a dog. Reminded him of Brendin’s Pembroke Welsh Corgi, which, surprisingly, had actually liked Aiden. It’d even slept with him on the couch. Well, on top of him, more like, on his stomach. His own little heating blanket! Equipped with shedding fur and all. As he felt the other boy’s arms around his waist he giggled, his arms going about the other boy’s slender shoulders after he’d removed his forehead from his shoulder. Aiden pulled a face at the other boy’s words, a playful, yet kind of serious pout etching across his lips as he responded to Seth’s words. “Hurtful, hurtful sexyface!” He said, poking the other boy as he began to laugh and smiling at the miniature kiss pressed into his lips. “Yay! I wouldn’t be able to stay away from you either, I’d probably be sleeping outside your door, hehe. Since Michael would make me sleep outside if I got a cold.” He said, shuddering at the thought of the other boy. He was fucking scary, and a jackass to boot. Aiden wanted to kick his ass so bad. Shaking his head and returning back to the regular world and shoving his ‘I’m going to kick Michael’s ass so hard his dumb, peanut-brained ass will fly to Mexico’ thoughts away as he heard Seth’s voice. “Yeah, I know..” He said softly, blushing and glancing at the mulch until he heard the soft sigh, glancing up to see the bruise he’d spotted earlier, although it looked much bigger and a lot more purple than he’d remembered. Of course, he hadn’t actually looked, since the boy’s hair had covered his face. “Jesus Christ, Sethyy. I really doubt you deserved that, hun.. Well no, it’s not my call.. It’s up to you whether you want to tell me. I mean, things that are on a high personal level are sometimes best kept unsaid..” Aiden said softly, biting his lip. He really did want to know what the hell had happened, but he wasn’t going to force Seth to tell him. And if he did, and gave him a story about running into doorknobs, Aiden probably would’ve had to tackle the boy and poke him relentlessly. He watched Seth quietly, still chewing lightly at his lower lip as he, too, glanced around the park once more, his eyes returning to the swollen sky after a moment. It looked as if it were going to just bust open and throttle them with snow at any moment, and the thought made Aiden giggle absently. Why, he wasn’t sure, since he didn’t really want to be buried under ten feet of snow, but the thought of it was funny. He nudged the boy with his elbow once again as he saw Seth snap out of his daze, giggling again and shaking his head. “It’s okay, I knew you were out in Sethland.” Aiden said, laughing a bit and tipping his head to the side lightly, scrunching up his face at the list of places Seth had named. “Meh. It doesn’t really matter to me, it’s more up to you since I really have no opinion as to where to go.” He said with a giggle, shrugging a bit and bringing a hand from the pocket of his Breaking Benjamin hoodie to brush the dark magenta coloured strands from his face, zipping the hoodie up after a second and giving a soft shiver.
